Dubai, United Arab Emirates - July 16, 2012, Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Majid Al Futtaim Properties, a real estate developer, has recently announced a number of strategic senior management appointments across its shopping malls portfolio.

Majid Al Futtaim Properties has promoted both Fuad Al Najjar and Fuad Mansoor Sharaf to Senior Directors, expanding their management scope across the portfolio of nine shopping malls in the GCC region, covering the UAE, Oman and Bahrain.
Mr. Al Najjar served as Asset Director for Deira City Centre and Ajman City Centre. He also was Senior Asset Director - Asset Management, Shopping Mall, responsible for Deira City Centre , Ajman City Centre, Bahrain City Centre and Fujairah City Centre.
Mr. Sharaf is the Senior Asset Director for Mall of the Emirates, Mirdif City Centre, Sharjah City Center, Muscat City Centre and Qurum City Centre overseeing every aspect of the malls from leasing, marketing, media and promotions to operations.
An employee of the Majid Al Futtaim Group since September 2004, Mr. Sharaf started his career at the Department of Economic Development, making his way up to Head of Quality & Productivity Centre in 2002. It was during this time where he supervised and led a variety of Dubai Human Development Award, Dubai Service Excellence Scheme and The Dubai Quality Award.
Mr. Sharaf has a degree in International Business - Banking and Finance from the Higher Colleges of Technology and has completed his Masters in Quality Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, UAE. He has the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres) certificate.
Hussain Moosa, previously with Mall of the Emirates as Senior Manager has been promoted to Associate Director for Mirdif City Centre. He has been with Majid Al Futtaim Properties since 2005.
Anna Mansour has built her experience across customer service, operations and retail management career throughout a career of nearly 10 years at Majid Al Futtaim Properties. She has been appointed as Senior Manager, Mall of the Emirates, following her outstanding work at Sharjah City Centre.
Hamid Abdulla Noor, who has been with Majid Al Futtaim Properties for two years, joins Deira City Centre as Senior Manager, bringing key industry insights gained from his previous role in Mirdif City Centre. ■
