San Jose, Ca., USA - August 4, 2015, San Jose, Ca., USA - Move, Inc., a subsidiary of News Corp., announced the appointments of Tapan Bhat as chief product officer.

Mr. Bhat brings a strong background in consumer web, mobile marketing and product development, having held high-profile positions at both start-ups and established companies.
He most recently served as chief product officer at Lithium Technologies.
Previously, Mr. Bhat was senior vice president of integrated consumer experience at Yahoo! where he was responsible for product, engineering and marketing for several major product lines and held product management roles at Adobe and Intuit.
Mr. Bhat holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Georgetown University, The McDonough School of Business.
The company appoints Nate Johnson as chief marketing officer.
Mr. Johnson brings extensive consumer-facing marketing and product management experience, having held senior roles at some of the world's leading hardware, software, web and mobile companies.
He joins Move from Path, where he served as vice president of marketing and growth & engagement.
Prior to Path, Mr. Johnson was head of consumer marketing at LinkedIn and held product marketing roles at Google and Apple.
Mr. Johnson holds a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
The company also announces Bryan Charap as chief financial officer.
Mr. Charap brings leadership experience in financial planning and analysis, business unit finance and analytics, investor relations, accounting, treasury and sales compensation to his new role as chief financial officer.
Most recently senior vice president of finance, he has held a number of finance positions of increasing responsibility during his 14 years at Move. Mr. Charap began his career as a business analyst at Eddie Bauer.
He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Puget Sound.
The company names Hahn Lee as senior vice president, business development and strategy.
Mr. Lee brings a broad range of business development, strategy and finance experience across the media, entertainment and technology industries.
He joins Move from Pop Media Group, a CBS/Lionsgate partnership, where he served as senior vice president, corporate development, strategy and head of financial planning & analysis.
Earlier, Mr. Lee held business development and finance positions at The Walt Disney Company, Fox and TV Guide. He also held roles at investment banks Bear Stearns and Jefferies.
He will oversee corporate and business development with a focus on mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. ■
