Irvine, Ca., USA - October 12, 2012, Irvine, Ca., USA - Multi-Fineline Electronix, a developer of flexible printed circuits, announced the appointment of Benjamin Duster IV and Roy Tan to the company's board as non-independent directors.

Mr. Duster currently serves on the boards of WBL Corporation, Accuride Corporation, Chorus Aviation and Netia. He was previously a partner at Masson & Company, LLC. Earlier in his career he was a Managing Director at Wachovia Securities and served as Vice President at Salomon Brothers where he worked for more than 16 years.
Mr. Duster holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. He completed his undergraduate work at Yale University.
Joining WBL Corporation in 2006, Mr. Tan is currently the Group General Manager, Group Corporate Development where his responsibilities include strategic development for the company and its subsidiaries. Earlier in his career, he served in various managerial and strategic roles at OCBC Bank, Singapore Technologies Electronics and PhillipCapital.
Mr. Tan holds master's degrees in management of technology and applied economics from National University of Singapore and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Oxford.
Mr. Duster and Mr. Tan replace Choon Seng Tan and See Meng Wong who stepped down from the board so that Messrs. Tan and Duster would have the opportunity to serve.
Mr. Seng Tan has served on our Board since January 2005. Since December 2004, Mr. Tan has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of WBL Corporation Limited, a parent company of Wearnes Technology, and United Wearnes Technology.
Mr. Seng Tan served as the Vice President and Managing Director, South East Asia of Hewlett-Packard Singapore, and in various senior management roles with Compaq Computer Corporation, including Vice President and Managing Director of Compaq Computer Asia and Corporate VP, Director and Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for Compaq Computers Asia Pacific.
Mr. Seng Tan held various management positions at Hewlett-Packard Far East, including Director-Finance and Human Resources and Chief Financial Officer, Singapore. He holds as B.A.C.C. from the University of Singapore.
Between 1971 and 1972, Mr. Wong worked in ESSO Singapore, first as a finance trainee, then as a refinery accountant and later as the head of the refinery accounting department, and he also worked as a project analyst in Singapore Petroleum. Mr. Wong worked as assistant manager in Orient Leasing Singapore, at GATX Leasing Pacific as personal assistant to the general manager and later became assistant vice president and general manager.
Mr. Wong joined Forward Overseas Credit as the general manager and became the chief general manager. He also worked in Development Bank of Singapore, joining as the General Manager and became the senior vice president and after that the managing director.
He was the general manager of Raffles Medical Group Hong Kong, the business development manager of Sino Land Group Hong Kong, and the managing director of ORIX Leasing Singapore. Mr. Wong provides training on banking and finance for senior management staff from various Chinese banks. ■
