National Grid director Steve Holliday to step down

London, United Kingdom - May 11, 2016, London, United Kingdom - National Grid, an electricity and gas utility company, confirmed that Steve Holliday will cease to be a director from July 22, 2016.

Mr. Holliday was Executive Director of British Borneo Oil and Gas; he also spent 19 years within the Exxon Group, where he held senior positions in the international gas business and managed major operational areas such as refining and shipping.

Mr. Holliday was Chairman of UK Business Council for Sustainable Energy, the Prince's National Ambassador and Non-executive Director of Marks and Spencer Group plc.
