Nissan North America expands U.S. regional leadership roles
Each previously served as the regional vice president for the same geographic areas.
Ms. Wheeler is vice president, Nissan Southeast Region, Nissan North America, Inc., a position she was appointed to in November 2014.
Previously, Ms. Wheeler was director of marketing for Nissan Canada, Inc., where she was responsible for all planning and implementation of marketing communications and media for National, Retail, Digital, CRM, social sponsorships and auto shows.
She was also responsible for the product planning, day-to-day market actions and intelligence on Nissan products versus their competition.
Throughout her career, Ms. Wheeler has worked in many areas of the automotive industry, including Sales and Service, Marketing and Communications, International Sales and Marketing, and Business Development.
A significant career highlight for Ms. Wheeler was being the youngest Director of Sales at Chrysler responsible for running the second largest region of the company.
Ms. Wheeler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, a master’s in Business Management from St. Mary’s College, and she has successfully completed the Harvard Business School Executive Management Program.
Mr. Parker is vice president, Nissan West Region, Nissan North America, Inc., a position to which he was appointed to in November 2014.
Previous to this appointment he held management positions with General Motors in sales, service and marketing.
Mr. Parker holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University in Forth Worth, Texas. ■
