NorthWestern Corporation appoints two to board

Butte, Mt., USA - May 2, 2017, Butte, Mt., USA - NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy announced that Britt E. Ide and Linda G. Sullivan have been elected to the company's board of directors.

Britt E. Ide served as senior counsel of Idaho Power Co. from 2009 to 2011 and filled legal leadership roles at Healthwise Inc., Albertson's Inc. and Boise Cascade Corp.

Ms. Ide serves on the board of Hotrock Energy Research Organization and was appointed to Montana's Clean Power Plan advisory council and as an ambassador for the Clean Energy Education & Empowerment Initiative, a U.S. Dept. of Energy, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University collaboration.

Linda G. Sullivan is an executive vice president and CFO of American Water.

Along with her experience at American Water, she has 22 years of experience with the Edison International companies, last serving as senior vice president and CFO at Southern California Edison from 2009 to 2014.
