Beijing, China - June 18, 2012, Beijing, China - China Nuokang Bio-Pharmaceutical Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, announced that Robert Tianruo Pu, the chief financial officer of the company, has tendered his resignation, effective June 30, 2012.

Mr. Pu has been the company's chief financial officer since September 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Pu was the chief financial officer of Global Data Solutions, a Chinese information technology service outsourcing company.
Previously, Mr. Pu worked as a management consultant with global management consulting companies of Accenture, CSC Consulting Group, and Mitchell Madison Consulting Group in China and the United States, where he helped corporate clients in design and implementation of business and financial strategies. Prior to that, Mr. Pu worked as an accountant at General American Transportation Corporation, and an auditor at Bernstein Brown CPAs.
Mr. Pu received his MBA degree from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in 2000, his Master of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois College of Business Administration in 1995 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from China Foreign Affairs College in 1992. Upon his resignation, Mr. Pu will remain with the Company as a consultant.
Felix Chungfai Wong, currently the Company's finance director, will replace Mr. Pu to serve as the chief financial officer.
Mr. Wong has been the company's finance director since February 2012. Mr. Wong joins Nuokang from ITT Corporation where he held various senior financial management positions including finance business expert for ITT China & India and finance controller for ITT China.
Prior to that, he held various senior finance positions across a broad range of industries, including finance manager of Roche (China) Investment Ltd., one of the world's leading pharmaceutical and diagnostics firms. He also has a decade of auditing experience in large multinational accounting firms in Hong Kong and Singapore, including management roles such as assistant manager. ■
