Pacific Gas and Electric Company: Christopher P. Johns new director

The utility's top executive officer since August 1, 2009, Mr. Johns is responsible for all aspects of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's business, including electric and gas operations, customer care, information technology, shared services and regulatory relations.
