Paul Evans vice president for FedEx Express

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - January 27, 2010, Dubai, United Arab Emirates - FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp., has appointed Paul Evans vice president, Operations, Middle East, Africa and parts of the Indian sub-continent.

Mr. Evans began his career at FedEx in 1987 as a Marketing Manager for the UK and Ireland. He subsequently occupied various management positions in Europe before being promoted to Vice President, Marketing and Customer Service for the EMEA region in 1996.

Three years later, Mr. Evans created a new division to focus on e-commerce activity to address the new needs of the digital age. In 2001, Evans headed up the EMEA Central Marketing, Communications and Sales planning functions, before moving into his Integration role in 2007.
