Arlington, Va., USA - June 7, 2012, Arlington, Va., USA - CACI International, a provider of enterprise IT and network services, announced that president and CEO Paul M. Cofoni will retire, effective December 1, 2012.

Mr. Cofoni has more than 30 years of senior-level executive experience in business development, M&A, strategic planning, and extensive federal market operations.
Before joining CACI, Mr. Cofoni was President, Federal Sector, of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Prior to this assignment, Mr. Cofoni spent 10 years as an executive in CSC's outsourcing business, culminating with his assignment as President of CSC's North American IT Outsourcing Group. Before joining CSC, Mr. Cofoni enjoyed a 17-year career with General Dynamics in a number of technical and leadership assignments from 1974 to 1991.
Mr. Cofoni served as an officer in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1974. He received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the University of Rhode Island in 1970 and attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School program for senior executives in the Fall of 1989.
In 2011, Mr. Cofoni was named Executive of the Year by the Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards in the category of companies with annual revenue greater than $300 million. In 2008, and again in 2010, Mr. Cofoni was named to Federal Computer Week's Federal 100 list of government and industry leaders who have had a positive impact on the federal IT community.
He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) International and currently is a permanent board member.
Effective July 1, 2012, Mr. Cofoni will assume the role of Chief Advisor to Executive Chairman of the Board Dr. J.P. London. Daniel D. Allen will be appointed President and CEO, and John S. Mengucci will be named Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations.
Mr. Allen is President of U.S. Operations for CACI International, and prior to this, he was Chief Operating Officer for CACI's U.S. Operations, where he managed and oversaw the growth of all of CACI's U.S. business groups. Before joining CACI, he served as Sector Vice President and General Manager of Northrop Grumman's Intelligence Systems Division.
Mr. Allen also served as Senior Vice President and Deputy to the President of General Dynamics Information Technology. His experience also includes management positions with GTE Government Systems Corporation and TRW, where he began his career as a software engineer.
Mr. Allen possesses a master's degree in computer science from Johns Hopkins University and a master's degree in national resource strategy from the National Defense University.
Mr. Mengucci is Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Operations for CACI International. Prior to joining CACI, Mr. Mengucci was President of the Lockheed Martin Corporation's Information Systems and Global Solutions - Civil Product Line. His previous positions at Lockheed Martin included serving as President of Information Systems and Global Solutions - Defense. Before this, he held increasingly responsible executive roles with Lockheed Martin, beginning with his position as director of Martin Marietta Corporation's Electronic Systems Radar Product Support Division in 1992.
Mr. Mengucci's professional and community affiliations include having served as a board member for the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Junior Achievement; sitting on the board of directors for the Tech America Public Sector Board and the RTCA NextGen Advisory Committee. He has received the President's Volunteer Service Award every year since 2006. ■
