Monaco - January 11, 2013, Monaco - GasLog, an operator of liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers, announced that it has appointed Paul Wogan as chief executive officer.

Mr. Wogan joined GasLog in February 2012 as Chief Strategy Officer. He has 26 years of experience in the shipping industry with many of those years spent leading large global shipping businesses. From 2004 to 2008 he was President of Teekay Tanker Services. Prior to that, he was CEO of Seachem Tankers. In 2008 he co-founded Sure Wind Marine.
Mr. Wogan will take over the position from Peter G. Livanos who has served as both Chairman and CEO since April 2012 and who will continue in the role of Executive Chairman.
Mr. Livanos is the chairman of the board of directors. He founded our subsidiary GasLog LNG Services in 2001 and has served as our chairman since the Company was incorporated in July 2003 and held the role of Chief Executive Officer from January 2012 until January 2013.
Mr. Livanos is the chairman and sole shareholder of Ceres Shipping,he also serves as chairman of several of Ceres Shipping'’s subsidiaries, including DryLog. In 1989 he formed Seachem Tankers which in 2000 combined with Odfjell ASA (later Odfjell SE). He served on the board of directors of Odfjell SE until 2008.
Mr. Livanos serves as the vice chairman of the board of directors of Euronav NV. He is a graduate of Columbia University.
The company also announced that it has appointed Simon Crowe as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2013 and Graham Westgarth as Executive Vice President Operations and Strategy, effective January 14, 2013.
Mr. Crowe joins GasLog from Subsea 7, an engineering, construction and services contractor, where he served as CFO from 2009 until July 2012. In 2010 to 2011 alongside the CEO, he led the Acergy/Subsea 7 merger and oversaw the post-merger integration. Previously, he was with Transocean, most recently as VP Strategy and Planning and prior to that as Finance Director for Transocean’s Europe and Africa operations. Heis a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Mr. Westgarth joins GasLog from Teekay Shipping where he has been a member of the Teekay Senior Leadership team since February 1999. Most recently he was EVP of Innovation, Technology and Projects, which included commercial and operational responsibility for a number of FSO’s. From 2001 to 2010 he served as President, Teekay Marine Services. ■
