Stuttgart, Germany - April 9, 2014, Stuttgart, Germany - Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) and Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) reported important personnel changes in their board of management.

Since May 2013, the two subsidiaries of Daimler AG are cooperating closely under the umbrella of Daimler Trucks Asia.
Kai-Uwe Seidenfuss, currently Head of Marketing, Sales & Aftersales, MFTBC, will become Head of Corporate Audit at Daimler AG, effective June 1, 2014.
Mr. Seidenfuss has been Senior Vice President and Head of Sales & After Sales-Fuso of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation since 2012. Mr. Seidenfuss served as Vice President of Sales & Service International at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation since 2007. He served as Senior Executive Officer of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation. He serves as Director of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation.
Marc Llistosella, currently Managing Director & CEO, DICV, will become Head of the reorganized function Marketing, Sales & Aftersales, Trucks Asia and DICV based in Tokyo, Japan, effective June 1, 2014.
Mr. Llistosella has worked in various management positions at Daimler AG since joining the company’s German sales organisation in 1994. As the Head of Business Development and Strategy Trucks he mapped out the market entry strategy for Daimler Trucks into India in 2005.
After that he was appointed as the Project Leader and later CEO of Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, to successfully operationalise it. Since then he has built an organisation of more than 1200 dedicated Indian truck experts for the development of a completely new generation of trucks for India under the BharatBenz brand.
This unique project includes the creation of a new plant in Oragadam, the sourcing and installation of an Indian supplier-base and the creation of a new dealer network, which resulted in the market launch of the BharatBenz brand in the second half of 2012.
Erich Nesselhauf, currently Head of Supplier Management & Logistics Trucks Asia India, will become Managing Director & CEO of DICV based in Chennai, India, effective June 1, 2014. ■
