Vancouver, BC, Canada - November 26, 2013, Vancouver, BC, Canada - Premium Exploration, a gold exploration company, announced the appointment of Cesar Lopez to its board of directors.

Mr. Lopez is the founder of Santiago based law firm, Lopez & Ashton. He has extensive experience in corporate and international law, with a focus on the natural resources, including energy, mining and mineral exploration sectors in North America, Latin America and Europe.
Mr. Lopez's experience in the executive management of mineral exploration companies includes current President & CEO of Seafield Resources, current Chairman of Aegean Metals Group, former CEO and founding partner of AQM Copper, founder and former Director of Centenario Copper Corporation and of White Mountain Titanium Corporation.
Mr. Lopez has a Law Degree from the Universidad Gabriela Mistral (Chile), a Master's Degree in International Law from Golden Gate University (USA), a candidate for Master of Science in Mineral Economics from the Universidad de Chile, Diploma in Marketing from UC Berkeley.
The company also announces the resignation of Del Steiner from his position as Chairman of the Board and from the Board of Directors. The Board has appointed John Ryan as Chairman of the Board in his place.
Mr. Steiner has more than 25 years practicing law in Idaho, developing an excellent understanding environmental and mining law, including permitting from the exploration to mining phases. He was involved in the successful permitting of the Buffalo Gulch Mine as an open-pit heap leach operation in 1991 (Bema Gold Inc.,) and maintains an excellent network of State and Federal contacts in Idaho.
Mr. Steiner was formerly President, CEO & Director of Idaho Consolidated Minerals Corp. (ICMC) and joint-ventured with Kinross on the development of the Idaho Gold Project. He currently serves as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Premium Exploration.
Mr. Ryan has more than 20 years of extensive international mining and business experience. Throughout his career, he has founded several resource companies including Royal Silver Mines, Inc. which explored and developed a number of silver and copper mining properties in North Idaho, Mexico and Chile, and he co-founded Metalline Mining in 1996 which owns the Sierra Mojada land package in Mexico, this company is now known as Silver Bull Resources.
In 2002 Mr. Ryan co-founded Western Goldfields, Inc. which successfully purchased the Mesquite Mine in Southern California from Newmont Mining. In 2006 Mr. Ryan co-founded U.S. Silver Corporation which successfully negotiated the acquisition of all of the North Idaho assets of Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation.
Mr. Ryan completed a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering at the University of Idaho, during which time he worked at the various mines within the district including the Consolidated Silver Mine operated by Hecla Mining, and the Galena Mine, then operated by ASARCO, Inc. ■
