New York, USA - July 31, 2013, New York, USA - Coach, an accessories company, announced that Mike Tucci, president of North American Group, and Jerry Stritzke, president and chief operating officer, will leave the company at the end of August.

Mr. Tucci has more than 20 years of experience in the retailing and merchandising fields to Coach. He joined the company in January 2003. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Gap, where he held senior leadership positions in retailing and merchandising from 1994 through 2002. He was most recently responsible for the Gap Direct business, including all three of the company's branded e-commerce sites.
Mr. Tucci also led the merchandising and retail development of the Gap Body and Gap Kids concepts. and he Inc., Mr. Tucci held a series of increasing responsible executive positions at R.H. Macy Corp, including President, Aeropostale, the company's specialty store division. At Aeropostale, he had total responsibility for Finance, Real Estate, Store Design, Merchandising and Product.
Mr. Tucci served as Divisional Merchandise Manager, Men's and Women's Sportswear for Macy's from 1987 through 1992 after holding buying and other management positions at the company from 1982 to 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
Mr. Stritzke joined Coach as an Executive Officer in March 2008. From 1999 through August 2007, he held several senior executive positions within the Limited Brands. During that time, he held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Co-Leader of Victoria’s Secret which included Victoria Secret Stores, Victoria’s Secret Direct, Victoria’s Secret Beauty and Pink.
Mr. Stritzke also served as the Chief Executive Officer of MAST Industries. He joined Limited Brands in 1999 as Senior Vice President, Operations. From 1993 until 1999, he was a consultant with the retail consulting firm of Webb and Shirley. In 1992, He practiced law at Stritzke Law Office, and until then, he was a partner at Best, Sharp, Sheridan & Stritzke after joining them as an associate in 1985. ■
