Conshohocken, Pa., USA - July 6, 2012, Conshohocken, Pa., USA - Quaker Chemical Corporation announced that Mark A. Featherstone has resigned from his position as VP, chief financial officer and treasurer of Quaker, effective June 27, 2012.

Mr. Featherstone served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Quaker Chemical Corporation from April 9, 2007 and its Vice President from March 16, 2005 to June 27, 2012. Mr. Featherstone served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Quaker Chemical Corporation. He joined Quaker Chemical Corp. as Global Controller in May 2001 and served until April 2007.
He served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller of Internet Partnership Group from April 2000 to March 2001, and Director of Financial Policies and Projects at Coty Inc. from May 1996 to March 2000. Prior to Quaker, Mr. Featherstone held a variety of financial management positions with large, multi-national corporations including Coty Inc. and Scott Paper Company, after starting his career at the public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mr. Featherstone is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from Drexel University and an undergraduate degree from Penn State University.
In addition, the company announced that Margaret M. Loebl was elected by the Board of Directors as Quaker's Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective June 29, 2012.
Ms. Loebl is a seasoned global financial executive with more than 25 years of experience and a proven record of success. In 2011, Ms. Loebl consulted in Paris for Constellium, a leader in the manufacturing of high-quality aluminum products and solutions, where she provided senior executive-level financial consulting services.
From 2008 through 2010, Ms. Loebl was the Corporate Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of TechTeam Global, a publicly held provider of information technology outsourcing and business process outsourcing services. From 2002 through 2007, Ms. Loebl was the Group Vice President, Finance at Archer Daniels Midland Company, one of the world's leading agricultural processors. ■
