Ian Robinson is a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Board. He has more than 40 years experience as a public accountant (Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant and Australian Chartered Accountant) and is a former senior partner of Ernst & Young.
Mr. Robinson has served as a director of a number of companies and organizations including the Hong Kong Housing Society, the Kerry Packer Group, Geelong Sales Company International Ltd., Amazon Storage Systems International Ltd., ENM Holdings Limited (listed in Hong Kong), L&L Holdings Limited (listed Nasdaq GM), Brek Energy Corporation (formerly listed OTCBB) and various other companies.
Mr. Daswani is an Executive Director and the CEO of Revonergy. Mr. Daswani has a wide array of business experience in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. He is the founder and CEO of Revonergy plc, a developer of independent power plants in 2007. He was a founder, director, COO and co-CEO of Brek Energy Corporation from 1999 to 2001.
Mr. Daswani was the managing director and co-owner of Asia Internet Limited, a Hong Kong Internet service provider, from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Daswani has established international trade and distribution businesses in dry goods, consumer electronics and apparel in Africa, Latin America and Asia.
Simoun Ung is a Non-executive Director. Mr. Ung has been an owner/operator of a number of businesses in industries including Internet payment service provider, card-based remittance company, third party payment processing, broadband, general consulting and real estate. He holds an MBA from the Ivy School of Business, University of Western Ontario and a BA from the University of British Columbia.
Mr. Ung has been a resource speaker on advanced money laundering for the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation, is the President of the Philippine Chapter of the Foundation for Support of the United Nations, and a trustee of the 3P Foundation U.S.A.
Ken Telford is an Executive Director and the CFO. Mr. Telford is both a Certified Public Accountant) (United States) and a Chartered Accountant (Canada). Mr. Telford is a founder has been a director of Energy Source Technologies, Inc. since 2007. From 2003 to 2007 Mr. Telford was a director and the CFO and Secretary of Essential Innovations Technology Corp and from 2000 to 2003 the CFO and Secretary of Brek Energy Corporation – both publicly traded companies. ■
