Christine E. Bromberg is a member of the firm’s Tax Group, where she represents clients on a broad range of federal tax matters, with particular emphasis on advising domestic and foreign clients in the tax aspects of structuring complex corporate transactions,
including joint ventures, recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs, as well as all forms of capital-raising activities. Ms. Bromberg has also represented clients before taxing agencies in audits and administrative litigation at the federal and state tax level.
Eric M. Kogan is a member of the firm’s Business Section, where he chairs the Digital Media Group. Mr. Kogan’s practice includes representing clients in a broad range of corporate, merger and acquisition, financial, and commercial transactions and providing
business counseling for both established and emerging corporate clients, as well as entrepreneurs and executives. Mr. Kogan is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.
Rebecca Levy-Sachs is a member of the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Group. Ms. Levy-Sachs has practiced first-party coverage and litigation for thirty years. She is managing attorney of the firm’s Florida office. Ms. Levy-Sachs was a partner at Podvey Sachs in New Jersey before moving to Florida in 2002 and has held numerous positions in the Insurance Coverage Bar, including national director of DRI and chair of the
Property Insurance Section of the FDCC.
Christopher J. Major is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group. Mr. Major represents clients in a variety of commercial and real estate disputes in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration panels. He also regularly represents creditors in commercial restructurings and corporate bankruptcy cases. Mr. Major is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. ■
