Ms. Erickson specializes in marketing multi-family, mixed use and commercial properties. Ms. Erickson is active in numerous community and trade associations: She is Vice Chairperson of the Business Initiative Corp. of NY; Chairperson of the Land Use/Zoning Committee of Bronx Community Board Seven; and the 2006-2007 President of the Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors.
