Almelo, the Netherlands - April 9, 2013, Almelo, the Netherlands - Sensata Technologies Holding N.V., a developer and distributor of sensors and controls, announced that Robert Hureau has announced his resignation as SVP, chief financial officer.

Mr. Hureau was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July, 2011. Previously, he had served as Chief Accounting Officer responsible for worldwide accounting, external financial reporting, internal controls, treasury operations, tax and investor relations.
Mr. Hureau joined Sensata Technologies in February 2007 as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to Sensata, Mr. Hureau worked as Vice President Corporate Controller and Vice President Finance at Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy and as Corporate Controller at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
Jeff Cote, Sensata's Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and previously Sensata's CFO, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer while the firm undertakes a search for Mr. Hureau's replacement.
Mr. Cote was appointed to Chief Operating Officer in July 2012. He joined Sensata as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2007, and was appointed Executive Vice President in July 2007.
Prior to joining Sensata, Mr. Cote was the Chief Operating Officer at Ropes & Gray LLP’s and managed their operations by directing the firm’s administrative and operational initiatives, including facilities management, human resources, marketing and business development, practice management, information technology and assessment of growth opportunities.
Additionally, Mr. Cote served as Chief Operating, Financial and Administrative Officer for Digitas, Inc., where he managed worldwide operations, finance, investor relations, facilities management, delivery management, information technology and corporate development. He joined Digitas as Senior Vice President and Controller. ■
