Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP names Bryan Hatch managing partner
Mr. Hatch, who joined the firm in 2000 serves as partner in the firm’s Class Action and Complex Litigation Division and chairs the litigation practice for the Omaha office. He handles a broad range of complex tort and business litigation in state and federal courts throughout Nebraska and Iowa. He also has significant experience in appellate litigation in state and federal courts.
With nearly 15 years of legal experience, Mr. Hatch has successfully defended numerous corporations, manufacturers, banking associations, employers, insurers, and landowners on claims pertaining to breach of fiduciary duty, products liability, Title VII, landlord/tenant, trespass and nuisance. He also assists hospitals and physicians with medical staff discipline, credentialing, investigations and corrective action proceedings.
Additionally, Mr. Hatch counsels employers, both insured and self-insured, with workers’ compensation matters, audits, and compliance and regulation in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and Kansas. He is also a contributing editor for the Defense Research Institute on Nebraska products liability law and is a frequent speaker on a wide array of topics. ■
