Stuart Salt appointed as Asia managing partner at Linklaters

Hong Kong, China - Linklaters, an international law firm, announces the appointment of Stuart Salt as Asia Managing Partner, effective February 1.


Mr. Salt currently regional managing partner for Emerging Europe, Middle East and North Africa, has been a partner at Linklaters since 1992 and has broad experience across M&A, projects and structured finance.

He was head of Banking & Projects for Asia for three years until April 2008, leading the transformation of the practice into one of the most highly ranked in the region as well as overseeing the first full regionalisation of a practice group in Asia.

As Asia Managing Partner, Mr. Salt will join the firm’s Executive Committee, which is responsible for the management of the firm.
