Mr. Menon founded Subex in 1992. Mr. Subash also guided the company through a successful IPO in 1999 and through seven acquisitions. The latest one, that of Syndesis of Canada, was the largest overseas acquisition by an Indian company in the software space as on that day. Leading the internationalization of the company, Mr. Subash has played a key role in establishing offices in the US, Canada, UK, India, Singapore, China and Australia.
Mr. Subash has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of general management, sales and marketing. He has presented numerous papers on technology and business in various countries.
