Taomee announces departure of executive vice president

Shanghai, China - September 5, 2013, Shanghai, China - Taomee Holdings Limited, a children's entertainment and media company, announced that Frank Chenghua Zhu has resigned from his position as executive vice president of the company, effective from August 31, 2013.

Mr. Zhu joined Taomee in January 2010, and is currently its executive vice president in charge of branded entertainment business. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Zhu worked as a category manager at the China office of The Walt Disney Company, from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Zhu was a brand manager at the China office of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc., a company engaging in the production of health and personal care products, from 2004 to 2005.

In 2003, Mr. Zhu worked as a brand supervisor at the China division of Unilever. Mr. Zhu started his career as a marketing executive at the China office of Yum! Brands, Inc., a restaurant company based in Louisville, Kentucky, from 2000 to 2002.
