Rome, Italy - August 7, 2014, Rome, Italy - Telecom Italia announces that Luca Rossetto has agreed with the company to leave his job as director of the Consumer Business unit of Telecom Italia.

Mr. Rossetto has been the Director of The Consumer Business Unit at Telecom Italia S.p.A. since July 7, 2011. Mr. Rossetto served as the Chief Executive Officer of Upim division, a subsidiary of La Rinascente Spa since May 10, 2005 until 2009. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Upim division at la Rinascente s.r.l. since May 10, 2005.
Mr. Rossetto served as the Chief Operating Officer of Vodafone Omnitel N.V since February 2002 until 2005. His responsibilities comprised commercial and customer relationship management activities, new product and services development, ICT and network, as well as operations.
He served at Vodafone until 2005, where he was involved in the acquisition project of a major European telco operator. He joined Autogrill in 1998 as Sales and Logistic Manager for 2 years and served as Chief Operating Officer for Italy. He served as Operations Manager at British mobile phone operator Vodafone (ANSA). He served at Boston Consulting Group for five years.
He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Ubidyne GmbH since May 29, 2009. He serves as a Director of Seat Pagine Gialle SpA. He served as a Director of Vodafone Omnitel N.V. He has a Bachelor's Degree in economics from Bocconi University in Milan in 1986 and an MBA from Stanford University in 1993.
Stefano De Angelis is the new Director of the Consumer Business Unit of Telecom Italia and will formally take over the position from 13 August.
De Angelis has already resigned as CEO of Telecom Argentina and in the past he has already held many roles in the Group both in Italy and abroad. Mr. De Angelis has been Chief Executive Officer of Telecom Argentina S.A. since February 27, 2012 and also its Interim Director of Corporate Security since January 15, 2014.
He serves as an Executive Officer and is responsible for Administration and Control in Telecom Italia SpA. He served as an Interim Director of Mobile Telephony at Telecom Argentina S.A. from February 06, 2014 to February 27, 2014. He served as a Director of Corporate Security at Telecom Argentina S.A., since January 15, 2014. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Tim Participacoes S.A. from May 4, 2006 to September 2007 and also served as its Investors Relations Officer.
He served as the Administration, Finance and Control Officer of TIM Group (a/k/a Telecom Italia Mobile S.p.A) in Brazil until July 2005. From 2002 to 2004, he was responsible for the planning and control operations of TIM Group in Italy. He also worked with Consodata Group Ltd., H.M.C. S.p.A., Stet S.p.A. and Fiat Ge.va. S.p.A.
Mr. de Angelis served as an Executive Officer of TVI Montecarlo S.A.M from April 2002 to November 2002. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Globo Communication S.A.M from April 2002 to November 2002 and Chief Executive Officer and Executive Officer of Consodata Group Ltd., from October 2002 to January 2003.
Mr. de Angelis serves as Chairman of Board of Statutory Auditors at B.E.E. Consulting S.p.A. He served as a Director of Tim Participacoes S.A. since April 11, 2011, where he previously served as a Director from April 2, 2009 to October 2010. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Stream S.p.A from April 2000 to June 2000, TV Internazionale S.p.A. ('La7') from June 2001 to December 2002 and MTV Italia S.r.l from April 2002 to December 2002. ■
