A holder of Ph.D. from Virginia Tech University, Mr. Al-Majdhoub obtained his bachelor and master degrees from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He also holds MBA of Finance from the University of Bahrain. Mr. Al-Majdhoub has long experience together with constructive contribution at board levels. He represented Kuwait Finance House as a member of the Board of Directors for Mena Telecom since its inception and up to 2008. He is also an authority on financial modelling and financial planning for the development of Sharia'a compliant products. Mr. Al-Majdhoub recently got the Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA) certification issued by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI).
