New York, N.Y., USA - June 1, 2015, New York, N.Y., USA - Time Warner Cable announced that executive vice president and chief financial officer Arthur Minson will leave the company today.

Mr. Minson will remain as an advisor to the company until the Charter transaction closes. He will join WeWork as President and Chief Operating Officer.
His 2013 appointment as CFO marked his return to Time Warner Cable following a stint at AOL Inc. At AOL, he oversaw the company’s spinoff from Time Warner Inc. and held a number of senior management positions, including Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, President of AOL Services and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.
Mr. Minson first joined Time Warner Cable in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Finance and the following year, in 2007, he assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Deputy CFO.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Mr. Minson was Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Development at AOL. He joined AOL in 2004 as Senior Vice President of Finance for AOL’s Broadband, Premium and Platform Services Division.
He also worked at Rainbow Media Holdings (now AMC Networks) as Senior Vice President of Finance and, before that, as Vice President of Business Operations. From 1998 to 2000, he worked in the finance department at Time Warner Inc.
Mr. Minson began his career in the Audit Practice of Ernst &Young LLP, where he became a CPA. He graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a BSBA in Accounting and he holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Columbia Business School.
Serving as acting co-CFOs will be William F. Osbourn, Jr. , who currently serves as Senior Vice President-Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, and Matthew Siegel, who currently serves as Senior Vice President and Treasurer.
Both Mr. Osbourn and Mr. Siegel will retain their current titles and responsibilities, in addition to their co-CFO duties.
Mr. Osbourn has served as Senior Vice President–Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Time Warner Cable since 2008. He joined Time Warner Cable in 2003 as Vice President of Technical Accounting.
Prior, Mr. Osbourn served for two years as Executive Director for External Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy at Time Warner Inc. Before joining Time Warner, he spent 14 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in roles of increasing responsibility and was admitted to partnership in 2000.
Mr. Osbourn graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis in 1987 with a bachelor of business administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Siegel has served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Time Warner Cable since 2008. He joined Time Warner Cable from Time Warner Inc., where he was Vice President and Assistant Treasurer.
Before joining Time Warner in 2001, Mr. Siegel was Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Insight Communications, a multi-system cable operator based in New York with operations in the Midwest.
Previously, he worked for nine years at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc., where, as Assistant Treasurer, he was responsible for corporate finance, capital markets and domestic operations. ■
