Time Warner Cable names Dinni Jain COO

New York, USA - December 9, 2013, New York, USA - Time Warner Cable announced that Dinni Jain will join the company as chief operating officer, effective January 13, 2014.

Mr. Jain will oversee the operations of the company’s three main lines of business: residential services, business services and media sales. He also will be responsible for TWC’s technology and network operations, product development and content acquisition functions, as well as its news, local sports and regional sports networks.

Mr. Jain is the former President and COO of Insight Communications, which Time Warner Cable acquired in 2012. He joined Insight in 2002 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, before being named EVP and Chief Operating Officer in 2003. He was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2006, serving in that capacity until the company was sold in 2012.
