Istanbul, Turkey - June 30, 2015, Istanbul, Turkey - Turkcell, a mobile phone operator, announces that Tugrul Cora, the director of strategic & major accounts management, has been appointed as the SVP of corporate sales function, effective July 1, 2015.

Mr. Cora graduated from the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Middle East
Technical University in 1991. He received his MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State
University in 1993.
Mr. Cora began his career at Aselsan, later holding various sales and management positions at Digital Equipment Turkey, Compaq Computer and Hewlett-Packard, then serving as the CEO of Millenicom Telecommunications between the years of 2004 and 2010. ■
