UBA Investments appoints Ming Fai Kwok as independent non-executive director

Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands - UBA Investments Limited, a financial company, announced that Ming Fai Kwok is to be appointed as independent non-executive director.

Mr. Kwok will also be a member of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 1 December 2019.

Mr. Kwok possesses over 20 years of experience in banking, finance and accounting and held executive positions at several international financial institutions, accounting firm and listed companies.

Mr. Kwok obtained a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Financial Management and Economics from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Adelaide in Australia.

Mr. Kwok is a member of CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr. Kwok was an independent non-executive director of DT Capital from September 2007 to July 2019.

He was an executive director of Zhongda International Holdings from 8 March 2019.
