Mr. Ford is the Chief Financial Officer of Rockgate Capital Corp., Rockridge Capital Corp. Falkirk Resource Corp. and Bama Gold Corp. Since 1987, he has been the General Manager of Dockside Capital Group Inc. From October 1998 through September 2000, Mr. Ford acted as Vice-President, Operations of Bugaboos Eyewear Corporation, a distributor of sport-specific eyewear in North America.
Mr. Ford is also the CFO and a director of Northrock Resources Inc. and a director of Widescope Resources Inc. He is a principal of Pemgroup. Mr. Ford has been a director of a number of public companies and he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
Peter Thiersch has stepped down as a Director of the Company.
Mr. Thiersch has been President of Wesgold Minerals Inc. since April 2012. He has been a Vice President of Corporate Development of Central Resources Corp. since November 2009. He served as a Vice President of Business Development of Mega Precious Metals Inc. (also known as Mega Silver Inc.) since September 25, 2008. Mr. Thiersch served as the President of Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. (formerly Fortuna Ventures Inc.) from December 2, 2004 to January 23, 2006.
Mr. Thiersch is Geologist and has more than 25 years experience in precious and base metals exploration throughout North and South America, including project management and corporate development with both junior and senior mining companies and most recently with Hecla Mining, and prior to that with Fortuna Silver.
He served as a Vice President of Exploration for Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. from January 23, 2006 to September 15, 2006. During his career he has worked in B.C., Yukon and the N.W.T., as well as Central and South America. He has been a Director of Western Pacific Resources Corp. since October 14, 2009. Mr. Thiersch has been a Director of Hinterland Metals Inc. since February 14, 2005 and Wesgold Minerals Inc., since April 2012. ■
