Under his leadership, his team introduced the greatest number of successful new products in McDonald’s history and launched the "I'm lovin' it" campaign within the U.S.
Prior to McDonald's USA, he was vice president of Burrell Advertising, brand manager at the Quaker Oats Company, and also managed the Hawaii business for United Airlines.
