Mr. Cuthbert has been President of Alteva & USA Datanet at Warwick Valley Telephone Company since August 2011. Mr. Cuthbert has been Chief Operating Officer of Alteva LLC since August 2011. Mr. Cuthbert served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Alteva LLC from August 2010 to August 2011.
Previously, he served as a Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations and Chief Operations Officer of Alteva from 2006 to 2010. He joined Alteva in 2006 as the Director of Operations. Mr. Cuthbert serves as Director of Warwick Valley Telephone Company. He has 13 years of operational management and leadership experience.
He is a former Naval Special Operations Officer and has led underwater and land bomb disposal teams domestically and abroad. In 2003, Mr. Cuthbert was assigned the leadership responsibility of the Navy's leading nuclear weapon casualty response detachment.
