London, United Kingdom - April 17, 2015, London, United Kingdom - Arricano Real Estate, a commercial real estate company, announced that Yarema Kovaliv, a non-executive board member, has tendered his resignation from the company.

Mr. Kovaliv has been appointed by a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as Head of the State Fisheries Agency.
Mr. Kovaliv's legal career has started in Veneto LLC. In 2000, he has begun working there as a lawyer. By 2003, he became a head officer of the legal Department of the company.
From 2003 to 2007, he has worked in TNK BP office in Ukrane. In the period from 2007 — 2009, he was head the Legal Department of Okey Ukraine. In October 2009, he has started working at the Arricano as Head of Legal Department. In January 2014, Yhe was appointed acting General director of Arricano Real Estate.
In September 2014 Mr. Kovaliv was appointed Executive Advisor of the Board, in November 2014 he was appointed Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr. Kovaliv has graduated from the Faculty of law of the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv in 2001.
Mikhail Merkulov, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is being appointed to the Board of Directors as an Executive Director
Mr. Merkulov has 16 years of experience across different industries operating in Central and Eastern Europe countries (Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovenia and Austria). His career started in 1996 when he joined McDonald's, in Ukraine, where he worked for 9 years on various middle-level and, later, top management positions.
After nine years of being with McDonald's, Mr. Merkulov joined Food Star (Russia) in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer. In 2007 he joined Erste Group Immorent AG in Ukraine, a specialist in real estate financing, infrastructure financing and project development, as Managing Director. In 2011 he became Regional Director for the Eastern European Group (Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Slovenia).
On September 8, 2014, Mr. Merkulov has been appointed to the position of the Chief Executive Officer of Arricano Real Estate plc. His competence covers strategic planning and the company's business operations control. ■
