London, United Kingdom - May 20, 2014, London, United Kingdom - Zoltav Resources, an oil and gas company, announced the appointments of Marcus Rhodes and Alastair Ferguson as non-executive directors of the company.

Mr. Rhodes is an experienced director of major publicly-listed companies operating in Russia and the CIS. He is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).
Mr. Rhodes is currently a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee of QIWI plc, a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee for PhosAgro OJSC, Tethys Petroleum Limited, and Cherkizovo Group OJSC. He also serves at Rosinter Restaurants Holding OJSC.
From 2008 until 2012, Mr. Rhodes was a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee for Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC; from 2010 until 2012 he was a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee for Ros Agro plc; he was an audit partner for Ernst & Young from 2002 until 2008; and he was an audit partner for Arthur Andersen from 1998 until 2002.
Mr. Ferguson has an extensive background in the oil and gas industry and considerable experience of the Russian gas market.
He is a non-executive director of JKX Oil and Gas plc, Kazmunaigaz Exploration and Production, he was an Executive Vice-President Gas & Power with TNK-BP between 2003-2011, and works in Moscow as an independent advisor on energy issues.
Prior to that, he held a wide range of senior positions with BP during his 33 year career in the oil and gas industry.
The company also announced that non-executive directors John Grimshaw and Oliver Donagher retired from the board.
Mr. Grimshaw was appointed as a non-executive director in March 2013.
He began his career with Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong where he was authorised as an investment advisor by the Hong Kong Securities Commission prior to returning to Jersey in 1995, to become managing director of Bentley Trust (Jersey) Limited.
In 2003, Mr. Grimshaw became an equity partner and served as a director of Nautilus Trust Company until 2012 when he left to form his own consultancy company offering advice on corporate governance, dispute management and marketing to corporate entities.
He continues to advise Nautilus as a consultant. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors.
Mr. Donagher was appointed as a non-executive director in June 2013. He has had a 15 year career in the financial services sector. He is currently a director of Ariannol Trustees (Suisse) SA. ■
