Experts note that, compared to the same period last year, the volume of grain and products of its processing exported from the Amur region increased by more than 30 percent.
Since the beginning of the year, the mentioned products of plant origin have been exported to 5 countries of the world: China, the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Japan.
The main importer of Amur grain is China (92% of total exports). More than 242 thousand tons of soybeans, over 8 thousand tons of corn, about 2.5 thousand tons of wheat and 5 thousand tons of barley were sent to this country.
In particular, at the end of October, a large supply of soybeans with a food volume of 3 thousand tons, organized by Annovskoye LLC, was controlled. The inspectors inspected the cargo and took grain samples.
According to the results of the conclusions of the expert laboratory of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor", no quarantine organisms were detected and the products were released to the PRC through the river checkpoint in the village. Poyarkovo, Amur Region.
Grain was exported to several other countries of the world. Among them are the Republic of Kazakhstan, where more than 3.7 thousand tons of soybeans were registered, the Republic of Belarus, to which 476 tons of soybeans were shipped, and Japan, which received 897 tons of small red beans.
Soybean oil dominates in the structure of exports of grain processing products from the Amur Region. The main buyer of which is China.
Since the beginning of this year, more than 29 thousand tons of soybean oil, 4 thousand 746 tons of soybean meal, about 390 tons of soy lecithin and more than 45 tons of sunflower oil have been shipped to this country.
Deliveries to China account for 100% of the volume of exports of grain processing products.
Also, samples of soybeans, meal, flour, fiber, oil and soybean cake, owned by Amur agricultural producers and intended for shipment to 6 countries of the world: the Kingdom of Thailand, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Singapore, the Lao People's Democratic Republic, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Japan, were controlled. to organize further international cooperation.
Over the past year, the Rosselkhoznadzor issued over 5,000 phytosanitary certificates for regulated products in the Amur Region.
Amur exporting companies exported it from the Amur region by rail and river transport. All shipments met the requirements of the importing countries.
In seven cases, the issuance of phytosanitary certificates was refused.
This happened due to the detection in the products of an object quarantined for the PRC - cocklebur (1 fact), indication of false information in the documents provided for cargo clearance (1 fact) and in 5 cases - due to the failure to maintain the integrity of the inspected batches: the grain was deprived of packaging, in which it was at the time of inspection and research, and unloaded onto a barge for transportation in bulk, thereby changing its quarantine phytosanitary condition. ■
