Every item is customized in detail: the colour (blue, black, ivory or ruby), the working plan (hard stones or stainless steel), the choice of technical equipment and finishing. Every model is enriched by a silver plate personalized with the name of the chef.
However, the design is not the only great thing here, the induction technology is what makes Inoxpiu kitchens so special. Induction hobs are constituted by a ceramic glass, usually inserted at top level. Underneath it, wire coils are located. These coils generate an electromagnetic field. When a pot is placed onto the ceramic glass, the coil starts to generate the field and transmits heat directly into the pot’s bottom.
Since the heat generated by induction is conveyed directly into the bottom of pots and pans, black glass on top remains cool even if the induction hob is turned on maximum power, so accidental burns are not possible. Cleaning the cooking top is much easier: just wipe it with a wet rug and all stains will be removed. The food spills will not char or release smoke and smells since the glass always remains cool, thus the air in the kitchen will be much cleaner. ■
