Copenhagen Yoga Games, come exactly as you are
Yoga Games, the Scandinavia’s largest yoga event taking place October 22 to 24, in is for everyone: from seasoned teachers to those of you who never sat down on your mat.
During Yoga Games there is a free yoga Studio. There is only room for a certain amount of participators so you should hurry to take your place and attend classes. But there is much more. The motto is "Come exactly as you are" and it describes what it is all about perfectly: all levels of skills are welcome in Copenhagen.
There is a wide range of different forms of yoga, interesting lectures and workshops as well as a mix of international, national and local presenters.
The theme of Yoga Games in Copenhagen in 2021 is “Diversity in Union”, an opportunity to experience yoga from many angles and through different approaches and inspire you to go deeper or go new ways, to expand your horizons and maybe try something for the very first time.
International teachers include Michael James Wong, Matt Giordano, Andrea Marcum, Hiro Landazuri and Jessica Winderl. Several of them are highly sought after around the world where they teach at international festivals.
There is Ulrica Norberg from Sweden, who has published most of the books that have also been translated into several languages. Among the local stars are Stine Madelaire, Frida Hallqvist, Tanya Markul, Mikkala Marilyn Kissi, Kristine Rost, Mia Mourier, and Svend Tier.
The classes are mixed with several different yoga styles and levels so everyone can be challenged, beginners as well as experienced.
