Prague Castle
Prague Castle is the largest medieval castle complex in Europe and the ancient seat of Czech kings throughout the ages. During World War II, Prague Castle became the headquarters of Reinhard Heydrich, the "Reich Protector of Bohemia and Moravia". It is said that he placed the Bohemian crown on his head, believing himself to be a great king.

Old legends say that a usurper who places the crown on his head is doomed to die within a year. Less than a year after assuming power, Heydrich was assassinated. Today, Prague Castle is the seat of the President of the Czech Republic and serves as the historical and political centre for both the city and the state.

The 10 days Farsons Great Beer Festival is a big social event for all the family in Malta. However, this is not just drinking the beer. Every year festival is held at Qa'Tali Park with 300 hours of music, 40 live performances on two stages, and 15 bars. Top local singers and bands provide live entertainment, and a variety of food complements the large selection of beers. Good music, good food, good beer, and finally, good entertainment. For those ones who wont to compete, this is a daily beer drinking competition.

Gilroy in California claims to be the garlic capital of the USA and a garlic lover's paradise. In Christmas Hill Park you can find numerous delicacies and you can try them all thanks to the "combo" plate. It's very much a family event, and at 1979 when the first Gilroy Garlic Festival took place, phenomenon was born. Gilroys garlic festival takes place always the last full weekend in July.

Triglav National Park
Triglav National Park, a national symbol of Slovenia and the only national park of Slovenia, leas near the border of Italy and Austria, SW from Julian Alps. The park covers 880 square kilometres, or 3 percent of the territory of Slovenia and it is the oldest European park. Triglav (Three-headed) owes its name to its characteristic shape as seen from the southeast side or to the highest Slavic deity who was supposed to have its throne on the top of the mountain.
The mountain is a true national symbol and is featured on the national coat of arms and the flag. Like every mountain Triglav has its own temper. So, take care and inform yourself before climbing. ■
