In partnership with Chadstone - The Fashion Capital, Louis Vuitton presents Time Capsule exhibition, a journey through the history of the House, starting 24th February to March 21st, 2018.
Travelling from the Louis Vuitton's beginnings in 1854 to the present day, the story is told using rare and celebrated objects selected from the Louis Vuitton archive.
Time Capsule demonstrates the ways in which Louis Vuitton has anticipated the needs and desires of a changing world over 160 years.
Consisting of a number of separate rooms (Artisans Room, The Key to the Codes, Journeys around the World, Elegance in Motion, Icons of the House and Magic Malle) guests are initially welcomed into the exhibition by demonstrations performed by Louis Vuitton artisans before moving on to six other rooms that display everything from the brand's first trunks to a selection of memorable Louis Vuitton creations.
Trace the evolution of the fashion house and the way in which the Louis Vuitton brand has proven to continuously supply customers with the product innovations in technology and design demand, and marvel at the many rare and iconic items the Time Capsule will have on display - including a series of unique pieces that tie in with Australian heritage.
You can access Chadstone by car, bus, train or the complimentary shuttle bus services which depart Federation Square and other CBD locations multiple times a day and Crown daily at 10:00am. ■
