San Antonio, Tx., USA – AirStrip Technologies, Inc., a software company, has added Todd C. Cozzens and Keith B. Pitts to its board of directors.[break]
Mr. Cozzens joined Sequoia Capital as an advisor in April 2012. Before joining Sequoia Capital, Mr. Cozzens founded and was CEO of Picis, a provider of electronic medical record software for hospitals acquired by UnitedHealth Group in 2010. Mr. Cozzens was then named CEO of the Accountable Care Solutions business at Optum, the technology and services arm of UnitedHealth Group.
Before founding Picis, he led Marquette Medical Systems to its IPO and later sale to GE. Mr. Cozzens was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2005 and by Marquette University in 2009. Mr. Cozzens will also serve as Chairman of the Board.
With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Mr. Pitts is currently Vice Chairman of Vanguard Health Systems.
