Hong Kong, China - June 1, 2012, Hong Kong, China - China Resources Gas Group Limited (CR Gas) announced that Wang Chuandong has been appointed as chairman of the board.

Mr. Wang has also been appointe as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Member of the Investment Committee of the Company and has resigned as Chairman of the Investment Committee and Member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Company.
Mr. Wang was appointed as Executive Director of the Company on 3 November 2008. He is currently a Deputy General Manager of China Resources Holdings (Company) Limited ("CRH"). He was appointed as a Director and the General Manager of China Resources Gas (Holdings) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CRH with effect from February 2007.
Mr. Wang joined China Resources Petrochems (Group) Company Limited in 1985 and was previously its Deputy Managing Director. He has more than 25 years of corporate management experience in the area of petroleum industry and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science majoring in Petroleum Refining from the University of Petroleum.
The company also announced that Shi Shanbo has been appointed as Executive Director, General Manager and Member of the Nomination Committee and Corporate Governance Committee, Huang Daoguo has been appointed as Non-executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee; and Chen Ying has been appointed as Non-executive Director and Member of the Investment Committee.
Mr. Shi is currently an Assistant President of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited, the immediate holding company of the Company and concurrently General Manager of China Resources Gas (Holdings) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CRH.
Mr. Shi joined CRH in 1991 and is also a Non-executive Director of China Resources Land Limited and China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited. He was a Non-executive Director of China Resources Enterprise and Vice Chairman and General Manager of China Resources Cement Holdings.
Mr. Shi was a Non-executive Director of China Resources Microelectronics, a Director of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., and the Chairman of China Resources Jinhua Co.
Mr. Shi was previously the Audit Director and Deputy General Manager of the Finance
Department of CRH and the General Manager of China Resources Textiles (Holdings)
Company Limited. Mr. Shi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Dongbei University
of Finance and Economics.
Mr. Huang is currently the Audit Director of CRH. Mr. Huang joined CRH in 2011 and is also a Non-executive Director of China Resources Enterprise and China Resources Cement Holdings Limited.
Mr. Huang joined the National Audit Office of the PRC in 2000 and was the Commissioner of the Wuhan Resident Office and Guangzhou Resident Office of CNAO, and the Director of the Department of Agriculture, Resources and Environmental Protection Audit of CNAO.
Mr. Huang graduated from the Renmin University of China in the PRC and specialized in finance. He obtained a Master’s Degree of Regional Economics from the Central China Normal University in the PRC.
Mr. Chen is the General Manager of Strategy Management Department of CRH since November 2011. He joined CRH in 1993 and is also a Non-executive Director of China Resources Enterprise, and China Resources Cement Holdings.
Mr. Chen has worked as Project Engineer, Project Manager and Manager of Procurement Department and Executive Director of China Resources Construction (Holdings) Company. He was also a Director and President of China Resources Land (Beijing) Company and a Director of China Resources Land. ■
