Georgia Gulf Corporation announces senior management appointments

Tom Donahue has been named to the newly-created role of Vice President & Corporate Treasurer; Dwain Wilcox has been named to the newly-created role of Vice President and Chief Information Officer; and Pat Quinlan has been named to the newly-created role of Director, Aromatics Business.
Mr. Donahue has been a consultant with Georgia Gulf Corporation for nearly two years, with primary roles in recent refinancing activities and Treasury duties.
Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, Mr. Donahue was President of Mobility Products Unlimited, Corporate Vice President and Treasurer of Sensormatic Electronics Corporation, and he held several significant financial roles at other companies, including Citibank and AT&T.
Mr. Wilcox brings more than 20 years of Information Technology leadership experience to Georgia Gulf. His prior experience includes senior executive roles in the Supply Chain and Biopharmaceutical industries with CHEP, Millipore, and Serologicals Corporation where he oversaw several major technology transformations, acquisition integrations, and global ERP implementations.
Prior to those roles, Mr. Wilcox obtained systems integration and consulting experience with Lanier Worldwide and Andersen Consulting.
Mr. Quinlan has more than 30 years of chemicals management experience, including business, sales and product management of ethylene, PVC, VCM, Alpha Olefins and Solvents. ■
