Vancouver, BC, Canada - July 19, 2012, Vancouver, BC, Canada - Great Panther Silver Limited, a silver exploration company, announced a number of changes to its senior management structure, effective immediately.

Martin Carsky has been appointed president, Jim Zadra has been appointed chief financial officer, Graham Parsons has been promoted to the newly created role of Vice President, Operations, and Charles Brown has been appointed to a newly created role as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development.
Mr. Carsky joined the Company in 2011 after serving for two years on the Board of Directors as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Carsky was the CEO and a Director of Con-Space Communications Ltd., a member of the Savox Group of Companies based in Luxembourg.
Mr. Carsky serves on the Board and is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Cangold Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia and holds the designation Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Zadra joined Great Panther in September 2011 and has responsibility for corporate finance, including financial reporting, planning & forecasting, taxation, and treasury. He is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 15 years of experience. Prior to joining Great Panther, Mr. Zadra served over three years as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of DDS Wireless International.
Prior to DDS Mr. Zadra was Vice President of Finance, North America, at Sophos, and he has also held senior roles at ActiveState Corporation, Canaccord Capital and Deloitte, and has served as a director for several venture stage public companies. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of British Columbia. ■
