KBC chief financial to leave

Surrey, United Kingom - January 31, 2014, Surrey, United Kingom - KBC Advanced Technologies, a provider of service to the hydrocarbon processing companies, announced that Caroline Brown, director and CFO, will be stepping down and leaving the group in early April 2014.

Ms. Brown has 13 years of experience managing global finance functions and is a Director of public and private companies, including Petrofac Energy Developments and Gulf Keystone Petroleum, plus 14 years as a corporate finance advisor to the energy sector with banks including Merrill Lynch, UBS and HSBC.

Ms. Brown is also an experienced Non-Executive Director and has chaired the Audit Committees of WSP Group plc and Mirland Development Corporation plc. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Mirland Development Corporation plc and Bridge Energy ASA.
