Nissan: Mark Stout head, global talent management

Nashville, Tenn., USA - July 22, 2014, Nashville, Tenn., USA - Nissan has appointed Mark Stout to the role of divisional general manager, global talent management at Nissan's global headquarters in Yokohama, Japan.

Mr. Stout joined Nissan in 1989 and has held a number of HR positions of increasing responsibilities. He currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources (HR) in the Americas. He has a bachelor's degree in public administration and economics from Middle Tennessee State University.

Andrew Tavi, currently Vice President, Legal and Government Affairs, and General Counsel Americas, will take on additional responsibility for HR across the Americas region and become Vice President, Legal, Government Affairs and HR, and General Counsel, Americas.

Mr. Tavi started his career with Nissan in 2009 after nearly four years of leading Noble International, Ltd. as general counsel and ultimately as CEO. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan with a major in English and a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
