Moscow, Russia - January 28, 2013, Moscow, Russia - PhosAgro, a phosphate-based fertilizer producer, announces that it has established the company's management board and appointed its members.

The management board now consist of Maxim Volkov, CEO and member of the Board of Directors; Mikhail Rybnikov, Chief Operating Officer; Andrey Guryev, PhosAgro Deputy CEO and Head of Commerce; Roman Osipov, Director of Business Development and member of the Board of Directors; and Alexander Sharabaiko, CFO.
Mr. Volkov has been the CEO of the OJSC PhosAgro since 2009, and also headed CJSC PhosAgro AG in 2006-2012. In 2002 he joined the Board of Directors of OJSC PhosAgro. He previously worked as the Company's deputy CEO for economic affairs and finance. He started his career in 1996 as an auditor with Arthur Andersen. He holds a master's degree from the Bodo Graduate School of Business (Norway). He graduated from the Ustinov Baltic State Technical University.
Mr. Rybnikov has been head of CJSC PhosAgro AG since 2012. Prior to that, he was the executive director of CJSC PhosAgro AG. He has been with the company since 2006, having served as director for economic affairs, finance director and executive director. He held the post of director for economic affairs and finance at OJSC Apatit. He was also CFO at OJSC Ammophos and he worked as deputy CEO for economic affairs and finance at OJSC Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a master's degree in economics.
Mr. Guryev has been Deputy CEO at CJSC PhosAgro AG for two and a half years, and he was responsible for sales and logistics. He has worked at PhosAgro since 2004, holding various positions in the finance department and specialising in fertilizer exports. He graduated from The University of Greenwich in London with a Ba in economics, and holds a Master degree from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. Phd in economics in St Peterburg Mining Institute.
Mr. Osipov was appointed deputy CEO for business development of the management company CJSC PhosAgro AG in 2012. He had previously worked as the company's CFO. Before joining PhosAgro in 2008 he worked for GAZ Group in various financial management positions including CFO of LCV Division and he also worked for Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen as an auditor and a senior consultant. He graduated from the Baltic State Technical University named after Ustinov and has a master's degree from the LETI-Lovanium International School of Management.
Prior to joining PhosAgro, Mr. Sharabaika worked as head of Corporate Finance at Uralkali, where his responsibilities included regular participation in the company`s investor relations activities. Prior to the merger of Uralkali and Silvinit, he was the CFO and a consultant to the Supervisory Board of Silvinit. ■
