Rogers Communications appoints Deepak Khandelwal as CCO

Toronto, ON, Canada - October 30, 2014, Toronto, ON, Canada - Rogers Communications, a communications and media company, announced that it has appointed Deepak Khandelwal to the position of chief customer officer (CCO), effective November 10, 2014.

Mr. Khandelwal joins Rogers from Google Inc., where he is currently vice-president, global customer experience, with customers in over 100 countries worldwide. He joined Google in 2010 and led the transformation of its customer experience operations.

Prior to Google, Mr. Khandelwal worked at McKinsey & Company from 1994 to 2010, becoming a principal in 2001. He founded McKinsey's global customer care practice in 1998, and worked with more than 200 customer care centres to address service strategy and process improvements.
