T-Hrvatski Telekom appoints COO

Zagreb, Croatia - July 21, 2012, Zagreb, Croatia - Croatian telecommunications provider T-Hrvatski Telekom has appointed Norbert Hentges to the newly-created position of member of the management board of HT d.d. and chief operating officer, effective September 1, 2012.

Mr. Hentges has gained significant experience in senior managerial positions within the DT Group, including product development and marketing, technology and platform strategy development, wholesale business development and managing the German business customers unit. He is currently with Deutsche Telekom, where he is a member of the Europe leadership team.

The company also announced the resignation of Johan H.M. Busé as member of the management board of HT d.d. and COO residential, effective August 1, 2012.

After completing the study of economics, Mr. Busé started his career in retail marketing at British Petroleum in Belgium and the Netherlands and transferred to T-Mobile in 2000, where he took the position of the Head of Business Development. After that he led several marketing departments of T-Mobile in the Netherlands, Germany, and Croatia. From 2006 to 2008 he held the position of the Member of the Management Board and Chief Marketing Officer of T-Mobile Croatia.

Before accepting the position with HT, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at AXIS, an 3G operator in Indonesia. On 1 April 2010 Mr. Busé was appointed the Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer Residential.
