George Town, Cayman Islands - July 22, 2013, George Town, Cayman Islands - Perception Digital Holdings announces that Roger Shu Kwan Cheng and Tsui Chi Ying have tendered their resignation as non-executive directors.

Mr. Cheng is on of the founders of the Group. He was appointed as a non-executive Director in 2009. He is currently a professor in the Electronic and Computer Engineering Department of HKUST. He was an assistant professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of University of Colorado at Boulder from 1991 to 1995, before he joined HKUST in June 1995.
Mr. Cheng received his Bachelor's degree in Science from Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and his Ph.D. degree from Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey, both in Electrical Engineering.
Mr. Cheng had served as editors for many journals including IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, and as a consultant for industrial projects sponsored by various communication system and IC companies in Hong Kong, US and China.
Mr. Ying is one of the founders of the Group and appointed as an executive Director in 2009. He was re-designated as a non-executive Director in 2010.
Mr. Ying joined the electrical and electronic engineering department of the HKUST in 1994 and is currently a professor in the department. He has received various awards including Best Paper awards from IEEE Transactions on VLSI Systems, IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems and IEEE International Symposium on Low Power Electronics and Design.
Mr. Ying has served on the technical program committees of many international conferences and symposiums, including Design Automation Conference, International Symposium on Low Power Electronics and Design, Asia and South Pacific Design Automation Conference and the IEEE, VLSI Symposium.
Mr. Ying received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and Doctorate degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California.
The company also announced that Rabi Lee has been appointed as the Executive Director.
Mr. Lee is the Finance Director and Company Secretary of the Company. He joined the Group as the Senior Manager of the Corporate Finance Department in December 2008. He graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy in November 1997 and has been a member of the HKICPA since January 2001. ■
