French consumer confidence unchanged in November

The consumer confidence index was unchanged at 98 points for the second consecutive month over the period but stayed below its long-term average of 100, according to Insee.
In November, households' sentiment about their future personal financial situation stood at -8, one point down from October.
As for the unemployment rate, more people predicted a decrease of joblessness in the future with the index losing 11 points in November from a month earlier. ■
